In this Writ Petition, the petitioner's grievance is that an attempt is made by the 4th respondent in granting second fair price shop by bifurcating ration cards from the petitioner's fair price shop.

Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies placed before me the proceedings dated 27.10.2015 of the Commissioner of Civil Supplies, Telangana State, Hyderabad keeping in abeyance the appointment of fair price shop dealers until further instructions. In view of the said proceedings, the cause in the Writ Petition no longer survives for adjudication. However, as and when the respondents commence the said process, the petitioner is at liberty to question the same. The Writ Petition is dismissed with the above observation. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
