No. 1007 situated at century Hills, Kukatpally Revenue Village, Balanagar lt/andal, Rangareddy District, within the limits of Kukatpally Circle.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Telangana State Southern Power Distribution Company Limited appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 4. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.
The main grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are not providing electrical service connection / meter in respect of Plot Nos. 28 & 2C, admeasuring 200 square yards, in Survey No.1007, situated at Century Hills, Kukatpally Revenue Vi11age, Balanagar Mandal, Kukatpally, Ranga Reddy District. The learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that though the petitioner has submitted an application to the respondents along with necessary documents for providing electricity service connection to the subject plot, the respondents rejected his application without assigning any reasons. The learned counsel has also stated that in similar circumstances, this Court has passed orders inW.P.No.1O869 of 2O2O, dated 2L.O7.2O2O. Sri R.
Vinod Reddy, the learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, submits that if the petitioner files an application afresh, the same would be processed and necessary orders would be passed and the same would be intimated to the petitioner. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file an application afresh for providing electricity service connection to the subject plot within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
shall receive and process the same and pass necessary orders thereon in accordance with the prescribed procedure and communicate the same to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks thereafter.
The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
