Prakash Reddy, learned Senior Counsel for the appellant does not press this writ appeal at this stage, and seeks liberty to file a review petition before learned Single Judge.

The writ appeal is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed.

It is made clear that we have not examined merits of the case and it is open to the appellant to file fresh appeal if the order passed in the review petition is adverse to them or if the circumstances so demand. All contentions of the parties are kept open. Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed.
