HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT CONTEMPT CASE No.1851 of 2015 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

This Court, in C.C.No.1589 of 2015, which is disposed of today, passed the following order:

"Having regard to the docket order dated 01.10.2015, the learned counsel appearing for the parties state that the contempt case can be closed for the present.

Learned Government Pleader specifically brings to the notice of this Court that appropriate steps are already taken to make it appear that the proposed enquiry is in respect of Ac.4.24 cents of land.

The statement is recorded.

Accordingly, the contempt case is closed".

3. With the disposal of the said contempt case by accepting the statement of the contemnor as well as the learned Government Pleader appearing for the contemnor, it appears to this Court that the grievance of petitioner need not be gone into.

4. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed in the same terms and conditions as mentioned in C.C.No.1589 of 2015.
