Common Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) These two writ petitions are filed by the same petitioner who is the respondent in the two consumer cases, assailing the orders of respondent No.2 - District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-III at Hyderabad, passed in Original Consumer Disputes. 2.

At the hearing, Mr.S.Sudeep Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, his client has filed F.A.Nos.40 and 61 of 2015, after re-constitution of the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and that they are pending. Mr.G.Rama Sarma, learned counsel for the private respondents in the writ petitions, also confirmed the said fact. Inasmuch as, the alternative remedies of filing appeals have already been availed by the petitioner, these writ petitions are disposed of as infructuous, without prejudice to the right of the petitioners to pursue those remedies.

As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petitions, interim orders stand vacated. I.A.No.1 of 2015 (W.V.M.P.No.2390 of 2015) in W.P.No.18218 of 2015 and I.A.No.1 of 2015 (W.V.M.P.No.2284 of 2015) in W.P.No.18228 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
