This writ petition is filed aggrieved by inaction of respondent No.4 in conducting survey of lands of the petitioners in Sy.Nos 310, 311, 312, 313, 320 and 382 of Kallakal Village, Manoharabad Mandal, Siddipet District pursuant to application Nos DER021900427743, DER021900427793, DER021900427800.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue that the lis in the writ petition is covered by common order of this Court passed in WP.No.4811 of 2011 and Batch, dated 28-04-2016.

In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the said order, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of aforesaid order in WP.No.4811 of 2011 and Batch, dated 28-04-2016. No costs.
