JUDGMENT:

The appeal arises out of the judgment and decree, dated 28.09.2011, in O.S.No.44 of 2009, on the file of the learned III Additional District Judge, Guntur. Appellant No.1 filed AS.MP.No.791 of 2015 with the prayer to dispose of the appeal by recording the compromise entered into between the parties. At the hearing, appellant No.1 and her paternal grandmother, who represents appellant No.2-the minor brother of appellant No.1, along with appellant No.2, are present. Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are also present. Appellant No.1 has informed the Court that as per the terms of compromise, respondent No.1 has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.9,00,000/- through a demand draft as full and final settlement of the claim of the appellants. The paternal grandmother of the appellants who is also the guardian of appellant No.2 has submitted that she has no objection for the compromise.

Demand draft bearing No.176055, dated 23.01.2015, drawn on Canara Bank, Chandramouli Nagar Branch, Guntur has been handed over by Sri V.Brahmaiah Chowdary, learned counsel for the appellants, to the paternal grandmother of the appellants.

In the light of the settlement reached between the parties, AS.MP.No.791 of 2015 is allowed and AS.No.2 of 2012 is disposed of in terms of the said settlement. C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 28th April, 2015 VGB
