Crl.R.C.M.P.No.4295 of 2015 is filed to permit the petitioner to withdraw the above criminal revision case. This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 10.06.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.1613 of 2015 in C.C.No.382 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the VII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case.
