This contempt case is filed alleging wilful and deliberate violation or1 the part of the respondent in complying with the order dated 16.10.2024 passed by this Court in W.p.No.2g517 of 2024.

This Court, vide its order dared 16.10.2024, while disposing of the writ petition, reiegated the petitioner to file appropriate application in accordance with provisrons of the Telangana Rights in Land and pattadar passbooks Act, 2O2O (for short "tl-re Act, 2O2O"). It was further directed that on filing such application, the Tahsiidar i.e., respondent herein shall conduct enquiry in terms of the provisions of the Act, 2O2O by issuing notice to all the persons interested over the propert5r for which the petitioner is seeking mutation basing on the family settlement and to take appropriate decision thereon and communicate the same to the petitioner within three months from the date of receipt of such application. Learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondent has placed before this Court the { proceedings issued by the respondent vide Rc.No.B /1322/2024

dated 3 1.O 1 .2025 whereby the application of the petitioner has been disposed of stating that the petitioner's claim cannot be considered, as there are disputes between the parties and the petitioner has been advised to approach the. competent Civil Court for redressal of her claim.

Since it is evident that in compliance of the orders passed by this Court, the respondent has acted upon the application of the petitioner and passed a reasoned order, this Court is of the opinion that there is no wilful and deliberate violation on the part of the respondent to initiate contempt proceedings against him.

The contempt case is accordingly closed' It is needless to observe that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings issued by the respondent Rc'No'B/ 132212024 dated 3 1 .O 1 .2025, she is at liberty to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any' shall stand closed.
