This Civil Revision Petition arises out of Order, dated 18.07.2013, in IA.No.325 of 2012 in IA.No.6167 of 2005 in OS.No.319 of 1999, on the file of the Court of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District.

On the previous date of hearing i.e., on 13.11.2013, Counsel for the petitioner was not present. Even today, when the case is called, there

is no representation for the petitioner, despite the fact that the case is posted in view of letter, dated 19-02-2015, addressed by the Counsel for the petitioner.

Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP.No.5382 of 2013, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is dismissed as infructuous.
