THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3835 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.) to quash the proceedings in crime No.30 of 2016 on the file of the Repalle Town Police Station, Guntur District, registered for the offences under Sections 307, 498 IPC read with Section 34 IPC and Sections 3 an 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Heard and perused the material available on record. On perusal of the entire material available on record, prima facie there are allegations against the petitioner, which are to be investigated into by the police. Hence, this Court is not inclined to quash the impugned proceedings at this stage. The petitioner is given liberty to file criminal petition if he is aggrieved over the charge sheet after filing of the same.
