Petitioner claims to have purchased the land from 5th respodnent to an extent of Ac. 0.20 gts in S.No. 967/4 and Ac. 0.12 gts in S.No. 968/2 of Aitipamula Village, Kattamgur Mandal, Nalgonda District.

Consequent to purchase of land, petitioner applied on 5.6.2017 to issue pattadar passbooks. Alleging inaction on the application submitted by the petitioner to the Tahsildar (4th respondent), this Writ Petition is filed.

The petitioner enclosed a copy issued to him on 5.6.2017 evidencing filing of such application as per Form 6-A, and it appears, so far no decision is communicated to him. Having regard to these submissions, Writ Petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on merits directing the Tahsildar (4th respondent) to consider the request of the petitioner for grant of pattadar passbook made on 5.6.2017 and communicate his decision, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Tahsildar (4th respondent) also shall put on notice 5th respondent before taking a decision on the request made by the petitioner, and consider the objections, if any, made by the 5th respondent. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. ______________________ P. NAVEEN RAO, J
