This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the interim order, dated 14.02.2019, passed in I.A.No.3 of 2019 in C.C.C.A.No.54 of 2019.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Senior Standing Counsel for Cantonment appearing for the respondents. Perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the order, dated 14.02.2019, is complied with on 26.02.2019.

Under these circumstances, there is no justification in proceeding with this Contempt Case and all further proceedings in this Contempt Case are liable to be closed. 5.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
