HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.2139 of 2015 ORDER:

At the admission stage the following order is passed. Having regard to the fact that prima facie accusation contained in FIR, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Hence, investigation shall go on. However, the police of Jaladanki PS, Jaladanki Mandal, SPSR Nellore District are directed not to arrest the petitioner/accused during the course of investigation. The petitioner/accused shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
