THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION NO.9991 OF 2006 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of certiorari, calling for the records relating to Notification No.G1/5656/2005, dated 12.5.2005 published in A.P., Gazzete in R.R.No.17 dated 15.5.2006 and to quash the same as being arbitrary and illegal. 2.

It is stated that the subject land in this writ petition which was sought to be acquired for providing land to M/s.Shantha Bio Technics, Private Limited has been withdrawn by the Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited by its resolution held in the Board of Director Meeting on 14-3-2018 The letter is placed on record by the Standing Counsel Sri L.Prabhkar Reddy, appearing on behalf of Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation.
