When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has retired from service.

The present writ petition is filed challenging the order passed by the Labour Court, whereunder back wages were denied to the petitioner, while setting aside the removal order. The petitioner retired from service. At this stage, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
