1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in P.R.C.No.13 of 2014 on the file of the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Metpalli Karimnagar District. 2 When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is accorded. 3 In the result, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
