This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed to quash the proceedings in FIR.No.181 of 2015 pending on the file of IV Judicial First Class Magistrate at Warangal, registered for the offences under Sections 143,290,323,427,447,452,506 r/w 149 of Indian Penal Code. Heard Sri Alluri Raghu Rama Aurava, learned counsel for petitioner.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the Police have already filed charge sheet on 24.12.2015 and it was taken cognizance by the learned IV Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Warangal, and numbered as CC.1202 of 2015 and hence, the instant petition, which is filed for quashment of the Proceedings in FIR, has became infructuous and prayed to dismiss the petition.

It is seen that pending Criminal Petition, no stay was granted. In view of the submission of both the counsel, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
