THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NOs.13571, 13613, 13654, 13657, 13666, 13667, 13679, 13704, 14124 & 14105 OF 2002 COMMON ORDER:

When the matters are taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue raised in these Writ Petitions is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.13699 of 2002 dated 04.09.2018 and contends that similar order be passed in these Writ Petitions also. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has not disputed the said submission of counsel for petitioners and contends that these Writ Petitions can also be disposed of in terms of the order in W.P.No.13699 of 2002 dated 04.09.2018. This Court, having considered the submissions made by both the parties, is of the considered view that these Writ Petitions can also be disposed of in terms of the order in W.P.No.13699 of 2002 dated 04.09.2018.

Accordingly, all the Writ Petitions are disposed of. Office is directed to enclose a copy of the order dated 04.09.2018 in W.P.No.13699 of 2002 to this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
