THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3269 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 by the petitioners/A-2 and A-1 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.165 of 2011 on the file of IX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

2. Heard and perused the material available on record.

3. The offences alleged against the petitioners are punishable under Sections 420 and 471 I.P.C.

4. When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that warrants are issued against the petitioners and the same may be recalled.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the nature of the offences alleged against the petitioners, the petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court and file an application to recall the warrants issued against them. On such application, the trial Court is directed to recall the warrants on the same day. As the petitioners are facing 25 cases all over the state of Andhra Pradesh, their presence before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates when their presence is specifically required by the trial Court. The petitioners shall be represented through a counsel before the trial Court on all hearing dates.

6. With the above directions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
