This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C, seeking to enlarge the petitioner-accused on bail, in the event of his arrest in connection with FIR No.736 of 2018 of P.S. Madhapur, Cyberabad, Hyderabad which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 406, 420, 471 and 506 IPC and 156(3) Cr.P.C. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Public Prosecutor.

It is the case of the petitioner that out of acquaintance, the complainant invested money in the company shares of the accused, and in 2017 the complainant asked the accused to sell his shares and give the amount, but the accused dodged the matter on one pretext or the other, and thereafter the complainant came to know that the company shares are not listed online and that the accused cheated him and alleging the same, the complainant filed the aforestated complaint before the P.S. Madhapur, which was registered as FIR No.736 of 2018. In view of the submissions made, the criminal petition is allowed, and the petitioner/accused shall be released on bail in the event of his arrest by P.S., Madhapur in connection with FIR No.736 of 2018, on his executing a personal bond for Rs.

10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties for the like sum each, to the satisfaction of the arresting police officials, and on further condition that the petitioner shall not cause inducement, threat or promise to the prosecution witnesses, and that he shall make himself available for interrogation as and when required by the police.
