Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for the respondents. The grievance of the petitioners is about non-consideration of the representations, dated 25.03.2017 and 22.01.2018, submitted by them to respondent No.2-Joint Collector, Anantapuramu for refund of the amount of bank guarantee and other amounts.

Considering the nature of grievance of the petitioners, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No. 2 to consider the representations, dated 25.03.2017 and 22.01.2018, submitted by the petitioners and take necessary action, in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
