This Criminal Revision Case is filed to set aside the judgment passed in Crl.A.No.31 of 2014 dated 28.01.2016 on the file of the V Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge (Mahila Court) at Hyderabad, confirming the orders passed in D.V.C.No.3 of 2012 dated 23.12.2013 on the file of the III Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter was settled out of the court and sought permission to withdraw the matter. 3.

Permission is accorded and the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
