This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner complaining the inaction on the part of the respondents in processing the application of the petitioner for grant of building permission for construction. 2.

Heard Sri V.Ravi Kiran Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development appearing for the 1st respondent and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2 to 4. Perused the material on record. 3.

Learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, submit that as there was some delay in obtaining legal opinion by the respondents, now the legal opinion has already been obtained and the application of the petitioner is being processed and the same will be completed within two (02) weeks.

Recording the submission made on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, the Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
