The Official Liquidator, through the instant Application under Section 462 of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Rules 306 & 298 of the Company (Court) Rules, 1959 filed the half-yearly accounts of M/s Vindhya Towers (P) Limited (in liquidation) for the period from 01.10.2014 to 31.03.2015 along with the audited report of M/s Sarathy & Balu, Chartered Accountants, dated 10.02.2016.

Heard Sri M. Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator and perused the details of the audited report. Having regard to the reasons stated in the Company Application and there being no objections, the Application is to be ordered.
