HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION (TR) No.2952 OF 2017 ORDER:
Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (for short 'the Tribunal' hereafter) passed interim order, dated 29.10.2014, which reads as under: "Pending disposal of the OA., the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation of the applicant dated 14.02.2014 requesting the authorities to treat the suspension period from 29.09.2006 to 05.06.2009 as 'on duty' in view of his clear acquittal from criminal case and pass appropriate orders as per rules within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. "

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim order passed by the Tribunal on 29.10.2014, no further orders are required in this writ petition(TR). Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has fairly acceded to the same. 3.
