HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NAMAVARAPU RAJESHWAR RAO W.P.No.26068 of 1999 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili) This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to permit the petitioner to operate the bank account bearing No.45021. When the matter is taken up for hearing, none appears and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Hence, this Court is of the considered view that due to efflux of time, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a fresh case if any need arises. No costs.
