THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO FAMILY COURT APPEAL No.156 of 2011 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) This appeal, under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, is filed aggrieved by the order and decree dated 01.06.2011 passed in O.P.No.785 of 2009 on the file of the Judge, Additional Family Court at Visakhapatnam.

During pendency of the appeal, at the request of the parties, the matter was referred to Lok Adalath constituted under Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 and an award dated 25.02.2015 is passed with the consent of the parties.

In view of the award dated 25.02.2015 passed by the Lok Adalath, the appeal stands disposed of in terms thereof. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
