M.Viswanatham, v. The Gram Panchayat, Shankarpally,
HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN Writ Petition No.14408 of 2009 ORDER:
The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is to declare the action of respondents 2 and 3, in insisting upon the petitioner to remove his Shop No.61 situated at roadside of Shankarpally Gram Panchayat, Ranga Reddy District without issuing any proceedings, as arbitrary and illegal.
Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, Learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent-Corporation, on instructions, states that no coercive steps are being taken to evict the petitioner from the subject premises; and even if, in future, the Corporation intends to do so, the petitioner would be put on notice and would be given an opportunity of being heard before any action is taken to evict him from the subject premises.
Recording the submission of the Learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent-Corporation, the Writ Petition is closed. The Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
