THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.32811 OF 2016 ORDER :

Heard. With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

Petitioners challenge the Government order in G.O.Rt.No.214 Higher Education (CE) Department, dated 23.09.2016. 3.

On instructions, learned Government Pleader, submits that the Department intend to withdraw the G.O., and take appropriate further course of action.

Having regard to the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the respondent-Government to withdraw the G.O., and to pass appropriate orders thereon. It is needless to observe that respondents shall follow due process before taking any further course of action. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
