HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.KANTHA RAO W.P.No.16493 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the case of the petitioner for regularization, as arbitrary and illegal.

The respondentCorporation has been issuing salary vouchers by mentioning his name along with other regular employees. But the respondentCorporation has not considered the case of the petitioner for regularization.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is working continuously for the last 10 years, the respondent-Corporation has not considered his case for regularization and the representation dated 6.4.2015 made by him is pending before the respondent-Corporation and so far no orders have been passed thereon.

Considering the aforesaid submission, the respondentCorporation is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 6.4.2015 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
