Smt.V.Rajeswararnma, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7922 OF 2016 O R D E R :
Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.
2. Petitioner's grievance is that he had applied to the 4th respondent on 14.12.2015 for survey of his land admeasuring Ac.4.50 cents in Survey No.309 of Somireddipalle Village, B.Mattam Mandal, Kadapa District and that the 4th respondent is not taking any action, even though he had paid charges for the said survey.
3. On 03.03.2016 in W.P.No.6690 of 2016 this Court has considered the issue of survey in respect of private land, subject to collection of requisite charges, by the officials of the Survey Department.
4. Therefore, for reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing the 4th respondent to conduct survey by demarcating and fixing boundaries to the petitioner's land, after issuing notice to all the affected parties and after collecting necessary charges for the same, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that any survey conducted by the 4th respondent will not affect the right, title and interest of any third parties. There shall be no order as to costs.
5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
