ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.177 of 2015 of Kaghaznagar Police Station, Adilabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 353, 290, 506(ii) IPC and under Section 3(i)(x) of SCs and STs (POA) Act, 1989, against the petitioners/A1 and A2. 2.

The Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana submitted that the entire investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed and therefore, the criminal petition has become infructuous. 3.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the charge sheet on appropriate application. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand dismissed.
