Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 29.11.2017 passed in WP.No.40436 of 2017 has been complied with; and that no further orders are required in the Contempt Case. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
