This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 05.02.2015 in I.A.No.83 of 2016 in I.A.No.269 of 2015 in O.S.No.70 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge at Sangareddy. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of petition under Order XXXIX Rule 2A C.P.C.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
