This transfer writ petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to appoint the petitioner/Applicant in the place of respondents 2 to 7 in local or non-local SC category in any of the Zones by duly adjusting respondents 2 to 7.

As seen from the docket, there was no representation on 14.06.2017 and to give one opportunity, the matter is listed today under the caption "for dismissal".

Today, though the matter is listed under the caption for dismissal, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the transfer Writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
