Abhishek Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant. None appears for the respondent-institution/college though served. Mr. A. Abhishek Reddy, learned counsel states that the respondent-institution/college did not furnish undertaking in pursuance of the order of this Court dated 23.9.2015, and as a result thereof, no inspection was conducted. He further submits that no students were allotted to the respondent-institution/college. Therefore, the order impugned in the writ appeal may be set aside insofar as the respondentinstitution/college is concerned. Hence, we pass the following order:

"The writ appeal is allowed. The order impugned in the appeal, insofar as the respondent-institution/college is concerned, is set aside." Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed.
