THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.2983 OF 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondent in not passing any order on the Appeal filed by the petitioners on 27.09.2016 against the order terminating the tenancy and deleting the name of A.Buchanna, S/o Eerappa. In spite of granting time to the learned Government Pleader, he did not get any instructions.

In the circumstances, if the Appeal preferred by the petitioners is pending before the third respondent, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law within a period of three months after giving due opportunity to the parties. If no Appeal is pending before him, he shall pass appropriate orders duly communicating the same to the petitioners within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
