THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.299 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crime No.651 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Neredmet Police Station, Cyberabad.

The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that after completion of the investigation, the matter was referred as mistake of fact on 08.01.2016.

In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
