HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.311 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw O.S.No.295 of 2012 from the file of the IV Additional Senior Civil Judge, Guntur, and transfer the same to the court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada, Krishna District, for disposal in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded and the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any filed in this civil miscellaneous petition, shall stand closed.
