This writ petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order of suspension of petitioner's fair price shop authorization passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer - 3rd respondent herein, vide proceedings Rc.B.4343/2016, dated 21.11.2016. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for the respondents. 3.
The Revenue Divisional Officer, Kavali, issued a show-cause notice, vide Rc.B.4343/2016, dated 21.11.2016 and framed a charge as to the variation of stocks. By way of the order under challenge, the Revenue Divisional Officer also placed the petitioner under suspension pending enquiry. According to the petitioner, the enquiry is still pending. 4.
Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by directing the Revenue Divisional Officer - 3rd respondent herein to complete the enquiry, pursuant to the show-cause notice dated 21.11.2016, by fixing some timeframe.

For the aforesaid reasons, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent - Revenue Divisional Officer, to complete the enquiry and pass final orders, pursuant to the show-cause notice dated 21.11.2016, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
