Heard the counsel for petitioner. None appears for respondent. 2.

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking transfer of F.C.O.P.No.106 of 2019 from the Court of III Additional Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, at Malkajgiri to the Court of the Family Court-cum-Additional District and Sessions Judge, Karimnagar.

It is the contention of petitioner that she is unable to attend the Court of the III Additional Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, at Malkajgiri since she is a resident of Karimnagar Town and dependent on her parents; that her financial position is also poor, and she was also unable to engage an Advocate, apart from having health problems; and so the matter requires to be transferred from the Court of Ranga Reddy District to the Court at Karimnagar Town, Karimnagar.

Though the respondent has been served, there is no representation on his behalf. So, I see no reason to disbelieve the plea of petitioner.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The F.C.O.P.No.106 of 2019 on the file of III Additional Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, at Malkajgiri is transferred to the
