This Contempt Case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 0602-2015 in WPMP.No.3196 2015 in W.P.No.2400 of 2015 whereby the 4th respondent therein was directed to implement the orders dated 01-02-2014. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent stated that the main writ petition has already been dismissed by this court and since the contempt case is filed alleging violation of the orders in WPMP.No.3196 2015 in W.P.No.2400 of 2015, the same becomes infructuous

and nothing remains to be adjudicated further, as the main writ petition has already been dismissed, for which the learned counsel for the petitioner is not disputed or denied.

Recording the same, I do not see any reason to admit the contempt case, and hence, the same is accordingly dismissed.
