Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and Sri D.Ravi Sankar, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2.

It is stated by the learned counsel for petitioner that the order, which was alleged to have been disobeyed by the respondents has since been complied.

Therefore I do not wish to proceed further in the Contempt Case. It is accordingly closed. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
