HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.7756 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare orders Ref.No.1/2003-2004, dated 15.4.2003 of the fourth respondent i.e., Chairperson, Ravela Primary Agriculture Co-op.Soceity Limited, as illegal arbitrary and without jurisdiction, contrary to Section 116-AA of the A.P.Co-op. Societies Act 7 of 1964 r/w Rule 72 of A.P.Co-op. Societies Rules 1964.

When this matter has come up for hearing on 09.11.2015, as there was no representation, it was adjourned by three weeks and when this matter has come up for hearing on 30.11.2015, on the request of advocate for petitioner, one week time is granted. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing neither advocate for petitioner is present nor any representation is made on behalf of petitioner. As petitioner has not evinced any interest in prosecuting the case, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed.

Considering these aspects, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
