HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1055 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since investigation is completed and charge sheet has already filed before the XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal on 17.10.2019 and PRC is still awaited, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
