The grievance of the petitioner is that he was issued notice dated 16-05-2017 under Section 636 of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 (for short, 'the Act'), by respondent No. 2 for demolition of structures at D.No. 24-1-48, Weavers' Colony, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari District, pursuant to notice dated 29-04-2017 issued under Section 452 of the Act. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for respondent No. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in pursuance of notice dated 29-04-2017, the petitioner submitted his explanation on 08-05-2017 which was received by respondent No. 2 on 11-05-2017 and without considering the same, respondent No. 2 issued the impugned notice. In view of the same, respondent No. 2 is directed to consider the explanation of the petitioner dated 08-05-2017 to the notice dated 29-04-2017 and pass appropriate orders. Till passing orders, there shall be stay of demolition of structures at D.No.

24-1-48, Weavers'

Colony, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari District.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
