THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.96 OF 2012 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order dated 30.12.2011 passed in I.A.No.2547 of 2011 in O.S.No.2503 of 2011 on the file of the Court of the VII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

As per the office note submitted by the Registry of this Court, the suit O.S.No.2503 of 2011 was disposed of on 15.4.2015. Learned counsel for the respondent is present. There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 17.03.2017. Even today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'.
