JUDGMENT:

This appeal arises out of the judgment and decree, dated 17.10.2011, in O.S.No.582 of 2008 on the file of learned I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Rajahmundry, East Godavari District. Sri N.Subba Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants, addressed a letter, dated 17.03.2015, to the Registry, wherein he has informed that the dispute was settled out of Court by the parties and he, therefore, requested for posting the case under the caption "For Withdrawal". In the light of the above uncontroverted fact, the request of the learned counsel for the appellants is accepted and the Appeal Suit is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the appeal suit, interim order, dated 24.04.2012, is vacated and A.S.M.P.No.196 of 2012 filed by the appellants for interim relief shall also stand dismissed. __________________________ (C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J) 19th March, 2015 GHN
