THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.1058 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners-A1 to A3 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.1295 of on the file of the Station House Office, Rajendranagar Police Station, Cyberabad District, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A IPC and 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the dispute between the parties is a matrimonial dispute. The parties have compromised the matter. 4.

Under these circumstances, the parties can file appropriate application before the Court below, where the criminal proceedings are pending. On filing such an application, the Court below shall dispose of the same in accordance with law.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
